
Geographical Indication Geographical Indication is an indication which originates from a definite geographical territory which has special feature, quality or reputation etc. It is used to distinguish agricultural, natural or manufactured goods. The manufactured goods must be processed or prepared or produced in that territory itself. It conveys an assurance of distinctiveness and quality and promotes the goods of the particular region.
